About Me
Hey there! Thank you for being here. I am Laura! Some basics about me…I was born and raised in Minnesota and am married to a wonderful man, Lehi. We have been together for 12 years and married for 7. We have two beautiful daughters who are our light and joy. Our love for the Lord runs deep, and we strive to honor Him with all that we do.
I love the outdoors, spending time on the kayaks with my hubby, riding bikes as a family, and being home with my kids. I treasure date nights and sporting events. My aunt has me hooked on “junking,” and I love creating new and unique ways to decorate our home. Coffee tastes best first thing in the morning, and baking is one of my favorite pastimes.
Photography has become something that stirs a fire in my heart. It makes me excited, nervous, giddy, and insanely full. I feel so blessed to spend time with so many incredible people and meet them right where they are in life. I have fallen in love with the whole process of photography. I have found that spending time with people and capturing their life’s moments becomes a treasure to keep forever. A treasure that they can pass on for generations to come! With the depths of my heart and passion, I strive to capture moments and images that make you smile so hard, laugh hysterically, and light up your heart!! It’s not something that I take lightly. I cannot wait to capture life’s moments for you!
My Mission
My mission is to serve. To serve the Lord, to serve people, to serve my family. I strive to really connect in a way that makes you feel valued, loved, unique and vibrant. To capture your full-on smile, that real mushy love look in your eyes when you are with your partner. To capture joy and pure gratefulness when you are with your kids or family. To create a moment in time that is fun, real, and filled with laughter. I love meeting you right where you are and creating memories that will last a lifetime. I hope to serve both people and God in these ways.
I want to show my children firsthand that if you have an idea, something impressed on your heart, or a calling, do something with it. Go all in. Try, fail, fall, learn, and get back up and try again. Lean on God, trust Him wholeheartedly, and go all in, knowing that you are worthy and more than capable. He created each of us with so much love; we all have a talent or gift to bring glory to Him. Don't waste it just because you might fail. Failing is a part of the process; it's THE best way to learn. You were created to do great things, so go and do those great things!
